Her Best Catch by Lindi Peterson

Book Description:  Allison Doll's mother is rebelliously turning fifty, her two best friends have started dating and a gorgeous injured relief pitcher named Ashton Boyd has joined her Sunday school class, rocking her world into confusion, heartache and temptation, places she hasn't visited in a long time, much less all at once.

But with the help of family, old friends she really hasn't lost, a new friend she can really count on, and God, she begins to find out whether she'll always be a girl waiting for life to happen or a woman who's ready to commit to her best catch.

My Review:  Her Best Catch is a fun, light read!  Reading this book was like meeting friends and having a grand.life adventure!
Allison Doll lives at home with her mom and grandma...when an almost 30-year old woman still lives at home you can be sure that there will some "issues."  Allison hangs with the her besties and  her mom is "rebelliously" turning 50 and then to top it all off Ashton Boyd, a relief pitcher, begins to come to her Sunday School Class!  And he takes an interest in Allison!
Allison is a great christian girl with high moral values <loved, loved this>  She really begins to like Ashton but is determined to take "things" slowly and not rush into marriage no matter how cute and how good the guy can kiss!  Allison's humor makes one laugh.out.loud!  She may not be perfect but she is funny and values the good things in life.  Plus, she truly wants to follow the Lord and do all that she can to honor Him.
Even though this is a fun read there are a lot of premarital/dating values that are great for the single/dating young woman.
This is a grand-tastic read!  Don't forget to put this one on your to.read.summer.list!
