Ingredients:
- 1 can (20 ounces) apple pie filling
- 8-12 medium soft flour tortillas
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush a 9x13 baking dish with some of the melted butter.
In a shallow plate mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Lay a tortilla flat and top with a couple tablespoons of the apple pie filling.
Dip each roll into melted butter (I poured a tiny bit of butter into a "butter dish" and just rolled in there) and then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Tightly roll up the tortilla.
Place seam side down on a parchment lined pan and bake 15 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve warm. Ice cream optional.
