The Kremlin Conspiracy by Joel C.Rosenberg

Book Description:  With an American president distracted by growing tensions in North Korea and Iran, an ominous new threat is emerging in Moscow. A czar is rising in the Kremlin, a Russian president feverishly consolidating power, silencing his opposition, and plotting a brazen and lightning-fast military strike that could rupture the NATO alliance and bring Washington and Moscow to the brink of nuclear war. But in his blind spot is the former U.S. Secret Service agent, Marcus Ryker, trained to protect but ready to kill to save his country.

My Thoughts:  Joel C. Rosenberg has become a favorite.  A master of thriller and suspense.
This story did not disappoint!  In fact, I had a terrible time putting this novel down.  So much action and suspense!
Mr. Rosenberg takes into the culture and country of Russia.  It all seems so real.
The evil lurking behind the scenes is rather nerve racking...almost too real.
The former U.S. Secret Service Agent, Marcus Ryker, has been trained to protect his country but all the things he has been trained to protect he now may use to destroy his country.
A world away in Russia is Oleg who is also in the peak of his profession but as he and Marcus' worlds collide the evil comes to light.
What a political thriller!  What a read!
As a fan of thrillers and suspense reads that incorporate God this read is one of the best of the season!
