WOW {Warm Oven Wednesday}

When a friend told me that she bakes her eggs instead of boils them because                they are less rubbery and no sulfur smell...I loved the idea and the taste!
Got to try this for yourself!
2 - 4 dozen raw eggs ( or just the amount you'll eat for that day)
ice
water
Directions:
1  Position the oven racks in the center of the oven.
2  Place the eggs on the racks.
3  Place a baking sheet pan in the bottom of the oven (just in case an egg breaks).
4  Set the oven to 325F, and bake for 30 minutes.
5  When the eggs are done, fill a large bowl with ice water and move the eggs into the bowl.
6  Peel the eggs as soon as they're cool enough to handle, then return them to the ice water to thoroughly chill. ( I just peel and eat =)
