Book Description: Winter’s nap is over, and new life is all around!
Flowers are blooming. Birds are chirping. And the Really Woolly characters are discovering God’s goodness all around them. Curl up with your little one, and join the fun while learning about the hope of Easter and springtime!
My Thoughts: Since I buy quite a few of the Really Woolly cards to send to people I thought that this board book would be a nice collection to our library.
I'm always on the lookout for cute, durable books for our Nursery class at church.
So, when I received this sweet board book I was happily surprised to see that not only is it durable but it's also quite colorful. Kids love color!
The story of Easter is cute.
My only complaint for this book is that it is rather long for toddler attention spans. There is a poem, a Bible reference and a short prayer and has a nice, colorful illustration. This is more like a child's devotional book.
I chose to read the poem and show the picture...this worked well and the children didn't get word exhaustion. Toddler's have short attention spans. 😉
It was unanimous, though, we all loved the illustrations! 💗
