WOW {Warm Oven Wednesday} An Easy Amish Cake

This is the BEST cake ever!  

And now my go to cake. 

Such a great texture and SO GOOD! 

                  

   Ingredients:

	1 box cake mix, any flavor
	3 large eggs beaten
	1 can pie filling, any flavor Directions: In bowl, dump dry cake mix, eggs and pie filling.  Stir together until well mixed.  Bake in greased 9x13, 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or test with toothpick for doneness.

**NOTE: I used a yellow cake mix with apple pie filling.  No icing and it was WONDERFUl.  Tasted like fresh apple coffee cake.   A scoop of ice cream is better than icing . AND then I tried strawberry cake mix with strawberry pie filling and after cooling cake I frosted it with cream cheese frosting.  OH!MY!YUMMY!  

I'll be making  strawberry cake for Easter!

NOTE: Pair flavors of cake mix and pie filling. Apple filling with maybe butter pecan cake mix. Cherry pie filling with a devil's food cake mix (black forest cake =), etc.
