WOW...Warm Oven Wednesday... Tomato Sandwich

Our garden has produced a bountiful supply of wonderful tomatoes this summer so when I saw this great recipe on Pinterest I knew it was for us!


Too hot to cook and so one simply layers the tomatoes: 
*tomato slice
  mozzarella cheese slices
  a small slater of mustard
  a small piece of bacon
  a small leaf lettuce
layer again until you have used four slices of tomato


**The original sandwich has asparagus but I chose to use bits of bacon and leaf lettuce.  Also, makes a BLT!  And without all the bread!
