3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar (more if you prefer it sweeter)
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Pace all ingredients into a large skillet and stir well. Place over medium heat, stirring often, until butter melts and everything is well incorporated and smooth. Once bubbly, reduce temperature to low. Carefully taste and add 1/4 more dark brown sugar, if desired. Continue cooking on low, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
