Layer in crockpot as follows:
 Roast
1 chopped onion
2 1/2 cups dry pinto beans
2 cans rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green chilies
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
DO NOT STIR.  Cook on low 16 hours.  After cooking, stir, shredding roast.  Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, etc.
